Return and refund policy

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify, your item must be unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You’ll need your order number or proof of purchase.

Starting a return
Email info@emberandgem.store. Please wait for approval and return instructions before sending your item. We’ll provide the correct return address when your request is approved.

Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll help resolve it and cover any required return shipping. These items do not need to meet the undamaged condition required for change-of-mind returns.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 2 business days of approval. Please allow an additional 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to post the refund. Actual timing may vary by provider
